Do you work with public administrations?
Yes. It is a significant part of what we do: town councils, provincial governments, regional social services and state-owned public sector bodies. We are certified under the Spanish National Security Framework (ENS) at medium level per RD 311/2022, which is the usual technical capability requirement in Spanish public tenders.
Do your developments meet accessibility requirements?
Yes. We work to EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.2 level AA, as required of the public sector by RD 1112/2018 and, since 2025, of certain private services by Spanish Law 11/2023. Accessibility is part of the design from the start, not a review at the end.
Can you take over a system that already exists?
Yes. A good share of our work is taking on production platforms built by others: we audit the current state, document what is undocumented, stabilise it and evolve from there. We also migrate legacy systems when the original technology no longer holds up.
How are you different from a software-only company?
The line between digital and physical does not force us to subcontract. The same team designs the software, trains the computer vision model, integrates the sensor and deploys the machine. On projects that do not fit into a single speciality, that continuity is what stops things breaking at the seams between suppliers.
How long does a project take and what does it cost?
It depends on scope, and we will not give a number before understanding the problem. The first conversation is for scoping what is in, what is out and what it would take to add it. From there comes a proposal with scope and timeline, not a blind quote.
Do you provide support after handover?
Yes, and we treat it as part of the project rather than an add-on. A system that is delivered and then abandoned stops being useful within a couple of years. We offer maintenance, evolution and continuous measurement against agreed service levels.
