Commitment to accessibility
Accessibility statement.
Astibot is committed to making this website accessible in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with standard UNE-EN 301 549:2019 and with level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, due to the non-conformities listed below.
The site was designed applying accessibility criteria from the start of development rather than as a later review. Colour contrast, heading hierarchy, keyboard navigation, visible focus, text alternatives and respect for reduced-motion preferences have all been verified systematically.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
- Disproportionate burden. Not applicable.
- Content outside the scope of the applicable legislation. Third-party sites linked from here (public sector portals, media outlets) are not under Astibot’s control and may not fully meet accessibility requirements.
- Non-compliance. No independent third-party accessibility audit has been carried out yet. The declared conformance comes from a self-assessment, so isolated undetected issues may exist.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared through a self-assessment carried out by the development team, supported by programmatic verification of the measurable criteria: contrast ratio of every text against its effective background, heading hierarchy without level skips, presence of text alternatives, explicit association of form labels and fields, and absence of horizontal overflow from 320 pixels wide upwards.
Feedback and contact information
You can send communications about accessibility requirements — for example, to report a possible non-compliance or request information that has been excluded — by email to info@astibot.es or by phone on +34 983 507 866.
Communications are received and handled by Astibot — Ingeniería Informática, Robótica y Domótica, S.L.
Enforcement procedure
If a request for accessible information or a complaint has been rejected, if you disagree with the decision taken, or if the response does not meet the requirements of article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, you may submit a claim to the same contact address given above.
Compatibility and technologies
This site is built with semantic HTML and CSS, and works without JavaScript except for three specific elements: the navigation menu on small screens, the pause control of the client carousel, and contact form submission. All informational content is accessible with JavaScript disabled.
The site has been verified in Chromium-based browsers, Firefox and WebKit, at screen widths from 320 pixels.
